In the ink-wash style Chinese martial arts world, you are the downcast young master of a declining sect. After your sect was betrayed and destroyed by rival factions, you are the only remaining heir. You embark on an adventure to revive the fallen sect, continuously enhance your character attributes, unlock and upgrade unique talent skills, defeat guardians of various territories, plunder scarce resources to expand the sect's territory, and restore its former prestige in this martial arts world.

Along your journey, you will meet a variety of characters, including loyal allies, cunning enemies, and mysterious wanderers.
